If you are like most people, you've probably lost weight many times, using a variety of diets, plans and exercise routines only to eventually regain the weight you lost, possibly even more.
Weight loss using EFT
Using EFT to loose weight is easy, painless and effective. Weight loss using EFT works by EFT's effect on the subconscious mind; retraining it which enables you to enjoy greater success in effective weight management.
Using EFT for cravings
With weight issues, food cravings can be brutal and one of the top reasons for failure.
Well, fail no more! Weight loss using EFT for cravings is an easy, empowering and painless. You can quickly eliminate food cravings using EFT - before they get a chance to sabotage you weight management efforts.
For optimum success, EFT should be used immediately after rising in the morning. By simply tapping on the desire or craving to eat certain foods, you will be amazed at how much stronger your will power becomes and how much easier it is to stay focused on eatting a healtiher diet.
EFT weight loss tapping script
Try this EFT weight loss tapping script for yourself and see if you notice a difference in your day. In the script, we will choose chips as the craving foods. Feel free to substitute your main craving food in place of the chips. To start, think about having those chips and then write down the intensity of your craving using a scale of 0 (no desire) to 10 (maximum desire). The craving is generally much lower in the morning.
Karate chop point: Even though I crave chips during the afternoon, I deeply and completely love and accept myself in every way.
Top of head: Craving chips in the afternoon.
Now take another measure of your craving. Has it gone down? If so great. Now, try the following script.
Top of head: Releasing this remaining craving
Now, take a slow deep breath in, and relax it out.
If your craving is still above a 2, continue tapping using the second script until you are at a 2 or less. Then, during the day, as you begin to notice the craving, use the entire script again just as you did when you got out of bed.
By tapping first thing in the morning, you set yourself up for greater success. And, when you tap at the first sign of the craving returning, you enable yourself to easily pass on indulging in the unhealthy food choice.
With weight loss, there are emotions underlying your weight gain so make note of any emotions, issues, memories, etc. that may surface when you are tapping as these are part of your weight management issue and will need to be addressed as well.
