Tapping for Motivation and Focus Using EFT

Have you ever found yourself feeling lethargic, a bit sidetracked, or with a lack of focus or motivation? It happens to all of us. However, using EFT, you can quickly and easily release the "funk" and begin enjoying that higher level of energy enabling you to be productive and successful.

I love how liberating and empowering this simple tool can be. Sadly, many of us get tend to get caught up in the "drama" of our day and tend to neglect utilizing this powerful technique.

Instead of lapsing into the should have, would have or could have mode, simply take a few moments to begin tapping out the lethargy and raising your energy levels.

The following sample script using EFT for tapping in motivation and focus may be all you need to get your groove back. After checking your level of discomfort and noting anywhere you may feel it in your body, begin tapping and repeating the following at each respective point.

While tapping the karate chop, state these set up phrases:

Even though I feel so blah, I deeply and completely accept myself.
Even though I feel so lethargic, and I may not know what is causing it, I am open to the possibility that I may release this lethargy.
Even though I feel so blah, I deeply and completely accept myself, even the part of me that feels of out of sorts.

Top of head: This blah feeling
Eyebrow point: I'm just not myself
Side of eye: This lack of focus and motivation
Under eye: I'm just not myself
Under nose: This lack of focus and motivation
Chin spot: Feel so blah
Collarbone: This lack of focus and motivation
Under arm: I'm ready to let it go
Wrists together: Releasing this lack of focus and motivation
Top of head: Just letting it go
Eyebrow point: Releasing and relaxing
Side of eye: Releasing the lack
Under eye: Allowing focus and motivation
Under nose: Releasing and allowing
Chin spot: Feeling focused and motivated
Collarbone: Releasing and allowing
Under arm: Feeling focused and motivated
Wrists together: Focused and motivated

Take a slow deep breath in, then relax it out.
Now, check back in with how you feel.
If the blah, lethargic feeling has left you, great - job well done. If not move on to the next script to increase your energy, focus and motivation.
Did any new emotions or issues come up while you were tapping? If so, these will need to be addressed and tapped on as they are linked to the issue you are currently working on.

While tapping karate chop repeat the following set up phrases:

Even though I still don't feel as motivated or focused as I would like to, I deeply and completely accept my self.
Even though I have this remaining lack of motivation and focus, I am open to the possibility I can let this go.
Even though I still don't feel focused or motivated, I deeply and completely accept myself, even the part of me that is still lacking focus and motivation.

Top of head: releasing this lack
Eyebrow point: allowing myself to feel focused and motivated
Side of eye: releasing and allowing
Under eye: feeling focused and motivated
Under nose: releasing and allowing
Chin spot: feeling focused and motivated
Collarbone: releasing and allowing
Under arm: feeling focused and motivated
Wrists together: focused and motivated

Take a slow deep breath in, then relax it out.
Now, check back in with how you feel and if any lack of focus or motivation remains, do another round of tapping.
Also check in with yourself, noting any new emotions or memories that may have surfaced and tap on these as well.
